How do I fill in the birth information on my design?

Filling in the birth information is easy! When you visit the product page, you'll find examples of how to enter the information. After adding the product to your cart, you can review and double-check that all the information is correct before completing your order.

Is the frame included in the purchase?

No, the frame is not included. Currently, we don’t offer frames in our shop, but we provide free shipping for the poster. Our posters are sold in standard sizes, making it easy for you to find a suitable frame on your own.

How do you ensure that your products are of high quality and environmentally friendly?

We place great importance on offering products of the highest quality. Our prints are made on acid-free, matte paper with a weight of 200 g/m². This paper provides an elegant surface and is durable over time, ensuring that your print maintains its quality and beauty for years to come.

To reduce our environmental impact, we only use FSC-certified paper. The FSC certification guarantees that the paper comes from responsibly managed forests, contributing to a sustainable environment. Additionally, we work with climate-neutral printing processes to minimize our carbon footprint.

What is your return policy?

Since our products are personalized and customized specifically for you, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. This means that the right of withdrawal under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act does not apply to our products. The purchase is therefore binding, and you cannot return the product.
